William didn't know why he had kept it in his wallet the last few years.

“I'm sorry,” Casey told him. “I couldn't help myself. I've never made out with
anyone in a lake before.”

She had switched to a tank top and pajama pants. William changed into another
T-shirt and shorts.

“The Video Coop,” Casey said, picking up the old membership card. “They closed a
while ago. Good thing I gave you a reason to clean out your wallet.”

“I know,” William responded.

Casey took a seat on the couch and watched the last bit of sun in the sky. William
sat next to her and saw fireflies around the lake start to light up.

“It's warm in here,” William said.

“Yeah, Lisa told me they are in the process of replacing the air conditioner.
They’re bringing it up next week,” Casey informed him. “She said opening windows
during the night will cool it down enough and create a breeze.”

“Good to know,” William said, placing an arm around her.

Casey responded by moving in close to him.

They cuddled while the sun set and fireflies lit up around the lake. William kissed
her on the forehead then stood up to begin opening the windows.

“Should I open all of them?” he asked.

“Maybe one on each wall,” she responded.

William opened a window on each wall. In the bedroom, he opened another and left
the door wide to let the breeze pass through the house.

Though it wasn't a powerful wind, it did make his bills fly off the table. When
picking up the money, William glanced over to Casey. She stared out the window at
the lake, humming a tune.
