“Of course,” she teased. “You have to wake up early enough to take me before all
the kids get there.”

“I can do that,” William said.

Casey snorted.

“You look handsome, Will. I forgot to say earlier,” Casey told him.

“It’s fine. I’m glad you didn’t say I look like the Penguin or Monopoly Man,”
William said.

“Someone must have been around Dave today,” Casey said with a laugh.

William gulped at the mention of Dave. He stopped by the video store before picking
up Casey. Dave had asked for the condom back in case he needed it when he went to
an after-prom party. William told him he had lost it. Dave told him he had to buy
him another one and told him to meet him at McDonald's after dropping Casey off.

“You are gorgeous. If you were wearing a yellow dress, you’d look exactly like the
girl from Beauty and the Beast,” William told her.

“Why, Will,” Casey said, blushing. “You’re calling me a Disney princess? Well, if
I’m Belle, that makes you the Beast,” she teased.

“Thank you for that. But I do want to warn you, the teapot has been serenading me
at night,” William teased.

“That witch!” Casey said with fake outrage. “Hmm. Next time I'm over your house, I
will smash her to bits.”

“Not my teapot!” William joked.

“Yes, your teapot. Smashed to bits. No one serenades my man except for me,” Casey
teased.

“So you're going to serenade me now?” William inquired. “What song are you going to
sing me?”
