“You can take the hood off,” I told them. It was pretty obvious where they were taking me. And if it were the same people who were watching me for weeks on end, they know I got lost on the way to Kroger at least twice. I’d never be able to find my way back home from wherever they were taking me.
“We prefer you with the bag on,” one of my captors responded.
“Great,” I responded.
It was mostly quiet on the flight.
One of them called someone and mentioned that the cow would soon be arriving.
Was there a cow on the plane too?
After landing, I was loaded into another vehicle. It wasn’t a van and definitely not a Chevette. An SUV of some kind I assumed.
A bunch of turns, stopping at what I assume were stoplights and then we stopped.
They pulled me out of the vehicle and the context clues led me to believe I was entering a building.
I was right.
Right after the door was shut behind me, my captors pulled off my hood.
One of them talked into their fist and said, “Bringing the cow to the Oval now.”
I looked around and it was just me and four men in black suits.
